Pre Match Trading

Pre Match Trading (also known as PMT) is a football betting system that makes money out of trading football matches on Betfair before a ball is even kicked.

Using software developed specifically for this, Pre Match Trading spots misaligned prices in the Over/Under 1.5 Goals, Over/Under 2.5 Goals, Over/Under 3.5 Goals, Over/Under 4.5 Goals, Correct Score, Half Time Match Odds and Half Time Correct Score markets.

Using this information, you can then predict which way the markets are going to go on the Betfair Betting Exchange, and place bets to enabling you to trade out for a profit before a ball is even kicked.

For example, the software can take correct scores such as 2-0 and 2-1, and predict if Over 2.5 Goals, or Over 3.5 Goals is correctly aligned, and if they aren’t, you can trade the movements for risk free profits.

There is no real work for you to do other than check the matches on the Pre Match Trading website, and then put your bets on at Betfair. All you need to do is click on the match you want to check the odds for, and then have a look at the current price, and the projected price, and place your trades.

How Much Does Pre Match Trading Cost? – There are four different packages. The cheapest package is for Two weeks and cost just £20.00, this allows you to try it out and see if it’s for you, at a small price.

The next package is for One Month, and costs £39.00. The third package is for Three Months, and costs £106.00. And the fourth package is for Six Months, and costs £191.00.

The longer the package you buy, the cheaper the weekly rate works out (pro rata). I would personally recommend trying out the Two Week package at £20.00 first, that way you can road test the product before parting with a significant amount of money.

Is There A Risk Factor? – Very minimal. It’s not impossible for the price to move in the opposite direction to how you expect. The software is good, but it can’t predict price swings if Sergio Aguero injures himself in the warm up, or if he is left on the bench.

As you are only trading small price movements on Betfair, any price movement in the wrong direction shouldn’t be too costly. You are not going to bankrupt your betting bank using this method, but you might lose a couple of pounds from time to time.

Compare the price movement on the Over/Under 2.5 Goals market pre kick-off, to the massive swing you would get if you were betting on it in-play, and a goal was scored! It’s chalk and cheese. Any losses trading pre match will be minimal.

Is Pre Match Trading Value For Money? – Yes, but only if you are trading with a couple of hundred quid. The system effectively costs £10.00 a week (on average), so there is little point using it if you are only trading with ten to twenty quid.

If you are trading with around £150.00 to £200.00 a go, you should be able to make around a minimum of £5.00 a trade on minimal price movements (on Betfair). This means a few trades like that a week will more than make it worthwhile.

Is Football Betting Experience Required To Use Pre Match Trading? – Yes and No. You don’t need experience as you are not really betting, but if you have never bet on football before, when you look at the stats page on the match you select on the Pre Match Trading website, you will feel like you are trying to work out Quantum Physics.

In conclusion, it’s not impossible to use if you have no football betting experience, but it certainly would help if you had some.
